According to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), registration for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will commence from Monday, 15th January 2024 and continue through Monday, 26th February 2024. The 2024 Mock UTME has been scheduled for 7th March 2024, while the actual UTME is slated to run from 19th to 29th April 2024. Candidates are advised to print their examination slips starting from 10th April 2024.
To register for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), you need to follow these steps:
- Create a personal email address and get an active phone number from any of the network service providers (MTN, Airtel, GLO or 9mobile). Make sure the number you use belongs to you.
- Register with NIMC to get your National Identification Number (NIN).
- Create your JAMB profile.
- Buy JAMB e-PIN online or from any bank nationwide.
- Fill the JAMB registration form with your bio-data, passport photograph, and other required details.
- Choose your preferred institutions and courses.
- Select your exam date and center.
- Upload your documents.
- Print your registration slip.
The registration for the 2024 UTME will commence on Monday, 15th January 2024 and end on Monday, 26th February 202412. The registration fee is N4,700. The 2024 Mock UTME has been scheduled for 7th March 2024, while the actual UTME is slated to run from 19th to 29th April 2024. To get your JAMB e-PIN online, you can follow any of the following steps:
- Visit the JAMB portal at jamb.gov.ng.
- Click on “Purchase of 2024 Application Document”.
- Enter your JAMB profile code.
- Select your preferred payment method (InterSwitch or Remita).
- Make payment.
- Your JAMB e-PIN will be delivered to your registered phone number.
Alternatively, you can buy your JAMB e-PIN from any bank nationwide or from an accredited JAMB CBT center.
