General Admission Requirements For Science Courses

Below is the general requirements that you must possess before being eligible for admission to study science courses in the university

  • You must possess minimum of five(5) O’level credit at not more than two sittings which Include Mathematics, English Language and other three relevant subject. The combinations depends on the institution and its requirements.
  • UTME subject combination for science courses include use of English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology depending on your choice of course
  • Direct Entry candidates must possess at least an Upper Credit in courses related science . Also, candidates that wants to apply with A’ level result must have minimum of B’s in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. Three from these subjects are required depending on your choice of course.
  • Candidates must score above the Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination cut-off mark and the required institution cut-off mark to stand a chance of being selected.
